Innova with multiple possibilities

You can be qualified even without attending schools. The indisputable truth, however, is that studying improves your possibilities to succeed in working life. Professional skills already gained may also need to be updated. Finding an appropriate trainer in itself is half a win.

Innova Adult Education Centre was founded in 1998 to continue the operations of the Laitila Vocational Adult Education Centre and the Finnyards Oy Training Centre. The merger made Innova the largest adult education centre in the area and gathered up the solid know-how of many decades. The goal was, quite from the beginning, to educate skilled personnel to meet the needs of working life.

Innova is owned by the Federation of Rauma and Laitila Municipalities. Innova employs permanently nearly hundred field professionals, while the number of daily students amounts to approx. 650. Education is arranged in various localities with major locations in Laitila and Rauma. Both towns are situated on the coast of Southwest Finland close to services and beautiful nature.
